Dear user,We are writing to inform you, that we will no longer accept payments by Paypal. We will move all clients from Paypal to our Credit Card processing platform in Febuary 2015.
What will happens now:
-Your next invoice will be delivered to you by e-mail.
-There is a payment link to https://payment.wiosoft.com/
-Please use your CreditCard to pay this invoice in our payment system.
-Once you have proceeded payment, as a service we will keep your CC on file and automatically bill new invoices on it in the future.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Just an update, everyone is now moved over to the new platform.
We have received two questions today from a lot of users, so just to clarify:
-You can use both credit and debit cards. I am sorry that the previus e-mail only said Credit cards.
-Some users may receive a copy of old invoices. If you look at the dates for the license on the invoices (not invoicing date) you will see august, september, october, november, december etc.
These invoices are already paid for by Paypal, but we need to import them to our new platform, and we can unfortunately only process one copy a day. You may receive a invoice every day for the next 6 days. (From august until january - once a day). THESE ARE ALREADY PAID!!
-The next invoice you will have to pay will be covering license after feb 01 - 2015.
