    I cannot create new serial numbers for products.
    When I click the "Create A New Serial Number" button, the button appears active (the text color changes when I mouse over it), but there is no functionallity.
    Nothing happens when I "click".

    Please help --- I need this fixed asap, please!

    Hello Tommy, i believe this is a browser issue. We kindly ask you to try in Firefox or Chrome. Please provide us with a screenshot, if not resolved.

    1) I only use Chrome. This happened while using Chrome. I tried Firefox, but had the same issue.

    2) What possible help would a screenshot be? There's no error message. All you would see from a screenshot is the normal interface.

    3) I've already discussed all of this — and the ridiculous steps I had to take to fix it — with someone else (I beleive his name is Stephan Brostrøm).


    After months of fighting with this buggy, ill-conceived software, I've really had my fill of "RentalTrax".

    The software doesn't want to generate the unique code when I want to create new products!
