Order Log

The Order Log Report will give you up to date information of any changes to any order within your RentalTrax system.  Here you can track and monitor any updates to your orders.

1)    Order Log Title

2)    User Drop Down – Filter the search based on users within your system.

3)    When Column – This column shows when the order was last modified.  This will give you the date and time that the order was modified as well as how long ago the order was modified.

4)    Order Column – This column will provide you with the order information and action icons so that you can perform functions on that order within the report.

5)    User Column – This column will show you the user who modified the order along with their vital information in case you need to contact them.

6)    Action Column – This column will show you what the user did to the order and how it was modified.

E-Mail Log

The E-Mail log will show you information on whether your email was successful when send or whether it bounced back.  You can track your emails and make changes as necessary using the action icons.

1)      Email Log Title

2)      Date Column – This column will show you the date that the email was sent on including how long ago from the current date and time.  You can sort and search this column using the heading bar

3)      Delivered Column – This column will show you whether the email was delivered or not.  A green check mark shows that the email was delivered.  You can sort and search this column using the heading bar and drop down menu

4)      Error Column – Any errors that occur with the email will be shown here.  You can sort and search this column using the heading bar and the drop down menu

5)      To Column – This column will show all of the intended recipients of the email.   You can sort and search this column using the heading bar

6)      Subject Column – This column will show the subject line of the email that was sent.  You can sort and search this column using the heading bar

7)      Order Column – This column will provide important order information that is associated with the email including action icons

8)      Customer Column – This column will provide the primary customers information including edit link
