13) Export to Excel Button – Click this button to search for a product to export the maintenance to an excel file

14) Show List Button – Click this button to activate the Product Service Directory in List Form

a)     Product Service Directory Title

b)    Check All Box – Use this check box to select all items that have been reported for maintenance

c)     Product Column – Use this column to view all products reported for maintenance by name.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  You may also search this column using the search field.

d)    Quantity Column - Use this column to view the quantity of products reported for maintenance.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  You may also search this column using the search field.  Enter the quantity range you wish to search.

e)     Serial Number Column - Use this column to view all products by serial number reported for maintenance.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  You may also search this column using the search field.

f)      Description Column - Use this column to view all products reported for maintenance by description.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  You may also search this column using the search field.

g)     Start Date Column - Use this column to view all products reported for maintenance by start date.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  This will reverse the date order. You may also search this column using the search field.

h)    End Date Column - Use this column to view all products reported for maintenance by end date.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  This will reverse the date order.  You may also search this column using the search field.

i)      Dealer Column - Use this column to view all products reported for maintenance by dealer.  This column can be sorted by clicking on the title bar.  You may also search this column using the search field.

j)      Status Column – The status of the products maintenance will be shown here.  If the maintenance is finished on the item, a green check mark will be displayed.  If the product is scheduled for future maintenance a clock icon will be displayed.  If the item is currently undergoing maintenance a black wrench icon will be displayed.  See icons below.

k)    Individual Check Box – Use the check box located beside the product name to download product specific maintenance reports

l)      Download Button – Clicking the download button will download all checked products maintenance reports.  This file will be a PDF file.
