With the RentalTrax system, you can attach PDF files to the order so that you can send extended communications, images, maps and more to your clients and staff.
NOTE: File types are limited to PDF files for size and spam purposes. You cannot upload image files or any other file type to protect your account from spam blocking.

2) Internal Files Section – All files attached to this section will be sent to users within the system. If the user is not flagged on the order using the Roster Module, they will not receive access to the files or the order.
3) File Selection (Internal) – You may upload up to 4 files in the internal section. The files must be PDF files to upload to the order.
4) Customer File Section – All files attached to this section will be sent to the customers email.
5) File Selection (Customer) - You may upload up to 4 files in the customer section. The files must be PDF files to upload to the order.
