There is no limit to the inventory size you can create within your RentalTrax system. You can view your inventory and basic functions within your inventory by going to: Products > List Products.

1) Product Directory Title
2) Product Number Column – You can view, sort and search your inventory based on product number in this column.
3) Type Column – You can view and sort your inventory based on product type in this column. Use the drop down menu to select between Rental, Standard, Virtual and Package products.
4) Product Name Column - You can view, sort and search your inventory based on product name in this column.
5) Product Stock Column - You can view, sort and search your inventory based on stock levels in this column.
6) Taxclass Column - You can view, sort and search your inventory based on tax class in this column.
7) Price Column - You can view, sort and search your inventory based on price range in this column. Enter the lowest price first and the highest price in the range you are searching in the second search field.
8) Category Column - You can view, sort and search your inventory based on category in this column.
9) Dealer Column - You can view, sort and search your inventory based on Dealer’s in this column.
10) Active Column – Here you will find a green check mark if the product is Active within your system. One green check mark means the product is active. Two green check marks means that the product is active and the service is complete on the item after maintenance.
11) Maintenance Icon – Using the “wrench” maintenance icon, you can expedite the process of reporting a product for maintenance. Clicking on this icon will launch the “report product for maintenance” process.

13) + Product Virtual button - Click this button to launch the new Virtual Product Creation screen.
14) + Product Standard button - Click this button to launch the new Standard Product Creation screen.
15) + Product Rental button - Click this button to launch the new Rental Product Creation screen.
