Instead of managing the supplier relationships individually, and risking losing out on vital information from suppliers, including contact information, addresses, company names and more; RentalTrax allows you to keep them all centrally located and easy to find in your system. To edit and create new Dealer / Suppliers, go to: Products > Supplier.

1) Dealer Directory Title
2) Company Name Column – Here you will find all of the supplier companies listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
3) Name Column - Here you will find all of the contact names listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
4) Address Column - Here you will find all of the supplier addresses listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
5) Zip Code Column - Here you will find all of the supplier zip code’s listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
6) City Column - Here you will find all of the supplier cities listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
7) Phone Number Column - Here you will find all of the supplier phone numbers listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
8) E-mail Column - Here you will find all of the supplier e-mail addresses listed. You can sort the column by clicking on the title bar, or by searching in the text field below.
9) + New Dealer Button – Here you will be able to create a new dealer / supplier. Enter in all of the contact information that you have on that supplier to ensure that you keep accurate records.
