User Group Creation

As part of the RentalTrax system, you can track the progress of your Users based on their Job Functions / User Groups.  To edit and create new User Groups, go to: Settings > User Groups.

1)    User Group Directory Title

2)    Existing User Groups

In the columns below the directory title you will see a list of all of the User Groups created within your system.  Some systems come pre-designed with pre-existing user groups for efficiency and examples.

3)    New User Group Creation Button

Click on this button to create a new User Group.  Once you have clicked on the button, you will be taken to a new screen where you can enter the new name of the new user group into a text field.  Once you have done that and saved your new User group, you will see the new group name appear in the list below the User Group directory title.
